Gymnastics - Grades 2/3GymnasticsAthletes will continue developing gymnastics fundamentals while progressing to more advanced beginner skills. Instruction includes stronger emphasis on technique, body control, and skill connections on floor, beam, bars, and vault. Students will work on cartwheel variations, bridges, kick-overs, pullovers, and introductory routines. This class supports both returning participants and new athletes. Gymnastics - Grades 4+GymnasticsThis class is designed for upper elementary athletes looking to build strength, flexibility, and skill proficiency. Coaches provide progressions tailored to individual ability levels, making this a great fit for both experienced gymnasts and motivated beginners. Gymnastics - PreschoolGymnasticsGirls and Boys ages 3 to 4 Preschool gymnastics is a semi-structured class that focuses on developing basic motor skills, coordination, and confidence through playful activities and gentle guidance. Engaging activities that blend gymnastics fundamentals such as balance, flexibility, and strength with creative play. There will be one coach for every ten kids. Gymnastics -Advanced Class (Approval Code Required)GymnasticsCoach Approval Required: To ensure proper placement and athlete safety, participants must receive coach approval code before registering for this class. Our Advanced Gymnastics class is built for experienced gymnasts who are ready to continue progressing in a structured, fast-paced training environment. This program emphasizes skill refinement, strength development, flexibility, and advanced technique across all events—vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
