612 (QB/WR specific - Lineman Camp)
St. Francis High School Football will partner with "612 QB" to bring position specific instruction for QB's and WR's. This camp is for players who want to improve their QB skills and WR technique.Offensive and Defensive Linemen will receive position specific instruction from the Varsity Coaching Staff as well as other former college football players. -

Winter baseball camp is designed to cover skills including pitching, catching, throwing, hitting, and defensive fundamentals. Players should bring a glove, tennis shoes, and youth bat (if available). The High School Baseball Team and coaches will be the instructors. -

Boys Soccer Camp (7-12th)
This camp is for players who are entering 7th-12th grade. During the camp, players will work on attacking, defending, dribbling, shooting, passing, positioning, possession, and team development. It will be a great environment for players to practice with their teammates before the regular season starts in August. The high school coaching staff will be running the camp. Players will need to bring cleats, shin guards, and plenty of water. -

Co-ed Baseball
This course depends on Volunteer Coaches to run. Please fill out the Online Coaches Application If you volunteer to coach a team your child will be on your team. Coaches pitch A fun, non-competitive league to teach young children the basic skills of baseball. Coaching will be done by parent volunteers. No umpires or scores kept; coaches will be teaching throughout the game. All teams will be co-ed and will play on Tuesday's and Thursday's. Fighting Saints Fishing Team, High School Team (entering 9th - 12th grade for Fall 2026)
Registration is now open for our High School (entering 9th - 12th grade for Fall 2026) 2026 Season! Season starts May and ends in early September. There are 3 steps you must follow to complete the registration process. Please find each step listed below with detailed instructions. Each Angler must have a partner within the age limit listed above. Each team of 2 must have a boat captain. Boat captains will not be provided, you must have a boat captain and boat to sign up. Anyone ages 18 and older, has a boat, and can drive big motor with knowledge of watercraft safety laws and rules in Minnesota can be a boat captain. Boat Captains must complete a background check through community education. Background Link Teams and/or boat captain must provide their own boat. All boats must: -have an operating livewell with aeration system to keep all bass alive throughout the day (checked at morning take-off) -have an operating kill switch connected to the boat captain when the big motor is in operation (checked at morning take-off) -have minimum 16 foot length and power cannot exceed Coast Guard maximum limitations. Horsepower (250 hp) limitations do apply at National events. -carry a $300,000 minimum liability insurance policy with a copy readily available upon random checks at morning check-in. Do this step before you finish the Community Education Registration process. STEP 1: SIGN UP WITH BASS & PAY $12 ANNUAL FEE Must write down and hang on to your BASS Membership # This is basically signing up for the Bassmaster magazine, but also covers membership for participation in BASS events. Some of you will be RENEWING the BASS membership - if you signed up last year some of your memberships may have already auto-renewed, so be sure to ask. Either way, call to sign up, renew, or confirm that your membership auto-renewed - and be sure to confirm and write down your angler’s BASS Membership Number. Keep your BASS Membership # readily available, as you will need it for Step 2. Gymnastics - Grades 2/3
Athletes will continue developing gymnastics fundamentals while progressing to more advanced beginner skills. Instruction includes stronger emphasis on technique, body control, and skill connections on floor, beam, bars, and vault. Students will work on cartwheel variations, bridges, kick-overs, pullovers, and introductory routines. This class supports both returning participants and new athletes. This class is designed for upper elementary athletes looking to build strength, flexibility, and skill proficiency. Participants will refine foundational skills while working toward more complex movements such as back walkovers, handstand progressions, round-offs, and advanced bar and beam elements. Coaches provide progressions tailored to individual ability levels, making this a great fit for both experienced gymnasts and motivated beginners. Junior Golf League
2026 JUNIOR GOLF LEAGUE - AGES 6-16 Lead Instructors – Joey Manthis - Josh Fischer – Head Golf Professionals You have 2 options to choose from. 10 WEEKS OF PLAY AND INSTRUCTION 5 WEEKS OF PLAY AND INSTRUCTON (DROP IN ANY 5 DATES!) League will be held Tuesday mornings. We will meet at the driving range. 7am – 10am for ages 11-16. 8am – 11am for ages 6-10. Golfers will receive 1-hour of range and short game instruction followed by 9-holes of Golf. Our Junior League is for kids ages 6 – 16. The mission of The Ponds Junior Golf League is to instill a sense of sportsmanship, an appreciation of fair and honest competition, a foundation of sound golf fundamentals, and respect for tournament officials, club members, spectators, and fellow golfers. We offer one of the most popular youth player development programs. We emphasize simple, easy to understand instruction of effective swing fundamentals that will last a lifetime. Lesson topics will include: Full swing – Short game – Putting – Rules of the Game Guidelines Players should provide their own GOLF CLUBS. Golfers must wear golf shoes or tennis shoes. Appropriate golf attire is encouraged. No denim allowed. Accept for rare situations, we DO NOT cancel or reschedule league due to weather. This means it is not necessary to call if you think league might be canceled. We understand if you choose not to bring your child, but we DO NOT issue rain checks or refunds. League will start ON TIME, but Juniors can come early if they would like to warm up on the putting green. Adults should be present and responsible for safety during optional pre- and post-league practice. Should you arrive late, you should find the league already in progress and join the group.
