Summer KarateKarate & ChoirStudents are instructed in non-aggressive, self-defense techniques and safety awareness. Personal esteem, respect for others, self-discipline and physical fitness are promoted. At the conclusion of class, students will be eligible to earn a certified belt. Returning students can earn a higher rank belt. Students should wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing such as sweat pants or shorts and a T-shirt. If they prefer, children have time to change after school.Uniforms are optional and can be purchased from the instructor. NewSummer Theater presents "Finding Demo Jr"Summer Theater ProductionsDirected by Glenn Morehouse Olson & Jolie Olson Music Direction by Olivia Steffl Grades: Students entering 2-12 (graduated srs) Fee: $175 Cast (includes t-shirt) Fee: $40 Tech Team (includes t-shirt) Auditions: Wednesday, May 6 • beginning at 6:30 p.m. Where: St. Francis High School Performing Arts Center Full cast and parent meeting at first read-thru. Only students interested in speaking or solo singing roles need to audition individually. All others will be placed in chorus positions. Any student not attending audition night will also be placed in the chorus. A photo and video will be taken at auditions to help directors with casting - these will remain private. Students must be able to attend all tech rehearsals and performances. T-BallRecreation SportsThis course depends on Volunteer Coaches to run. Please fill out the Online Coaches Application If you volunteer to coach a team your child will be on your team. A fun, non-competitive league to teach young children the basic skills of T-Ball. Coaching will be done by parent volunteers. No umpires or scores kept; coaches will be teaching throughout the game. All teams will be co-ed and will play on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Players should bring a glove to each practice and wear tennis shoes or rubber cleats. NO TEAM REQUESTS. Tackle Football2026 Registration Opens May 1st If you are interested in coaching please fill out the Online Coaches Application Saints Youth Tackle Football is for players in grades 2-8 (your child's grade starting in the Fall 2026) and is organized by the Community Education Department. The league participates in the northwest metro area. Schedules are controlled by the league, not the Rec Department. Team practices will be set by the coaches with at least two practices a week. Teams are selected by a draft and no team requests will be honored.Category -
Tackle Football Grades 2-8Tackle FootballAll communications are done with the emails you provide in your Arux Account. Please verify your email and emergency contacts are up to date. If you are interested in coaching please fill out the Online Coaches Application St. Francis Youth Football is part of the MYAS Gopher State Football league for 7-8th grade and NSYFL for 2-6th grade. This is a competitive league that plays other communities with 2nd-8th grade tackle football teams. 2nd-6th grade coaches are instructed to always be working towards equal playing time. 7th-8th grade coaches are instructed that playing time is based on ability. There is no guarantee for equal playing time. Registration deadline is Sunday, July 1st. Jerseys will be ordered on July 3rd and jersey numbers will be determined by the order of registration. League games will start on August 29th Games will be played mainly on the weekends and a few weeknights throughout the year. The season game schedule and jerseys will arrive approximately the week before games start. Equipment Hand-Out and Player Evaluations will be the week of July 27th at the St. Francis Middle School fields. Time - TBD (We will not hand out equipment if the player is not present) Equipment provided: Helmet, Shoulder Pads, and Pants that you will return at the completion of the season. Players receive a game jersey, socks and a mouth guard that is theirs to keep. Players are responsible to provide their own practice jersey and cleats. Team drafts will be held after Player Evaluations to determine each grade level rosters. Team practices will start the week of August 3rd. There are no specific days or times set up for each grade level. Coaches will communicate with their team on times and field locations. Before the league season begins coaches are allowed to have up to 4 days of practices per week. Once the season games starts coaches are allowed 2 practices a week. Last thing. Week-Long Day CampHorse CampsKids from 6-17 years of age get to experience everyday life at a barn! In addition to daily riding, they will learn how to braid manes and tails with ribbon, groom and care for the horses (including bathing) and feed them at the end of the day. This is a great time for campers to spend time outdoors and build lasting friendships with fellow horse lovers in a structured and positive environment. Campers are broken into smaller groups of similar riding experience, which is perfect for both the new and more experienced riders. At the end of the week, parents and family are invited to a performance to see what their camper has been learning! WHAT DO CAMPERS NEED TO BRING?● Long pants, closed toe shoes, appropriate clothes for weather inside/outside of the barn.● No flip flops.● Sunscreen/hat/bug spray● Water bottle/drinks/snacks and a lunch● Treats for the horses if you want● Helmets are provided. Camps are held rain or shine, as we have an indoor barn and arena. PLEASE NOTE: Campers need to bring a lunch, snacks, and plenty to drink. Drop-off is at 9am and pickup is 3pm each day.Summer 2026
