Morning Fitness YogaHealth & FitnessYou will learn yoga and Pilates basics with variations offered for beginner through intermediate levels. Work on increasing strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular health, as well as deep breathing and relaxation techniques. Chairs will be available for additional support and balance. Wear stretchy, breathable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Avoid a heavy meal 1 1/2 to 2 hours before class; light snacks are easier to digest and you'll be more comfortable in class. NOTE: If you have disc problems in your back or neck, consult your doctor before taking this class.
