St. Francis Dance - Prep Clinic, Grades 4-6

The Fightning Saints Dance Team is excited to welcome all athletes grades 4-6 that are interested in learning more about our team and program. Participants will have the opportunity to join in a practice including warm-ups, strength training/conditioning, learning choreography and skills training, held for participating athletes led by current High School Dance Team and Coaches.
