This program helps high school students improve strength, speed, conditioning, and overall athletic performance in a safe and structured environment. Athletes will focus on proper lifting technique, agility, core strength, and injury prevention. Open to all experience levels, this program is ideal for students preparing for fall sports or staying active during the offseason
