Dealing with Grief and Loss:

Adult Enrichment & Recreation / General Interest -
2026 Winter/Spring Adult Community Education Catalog

These two experiences encompass many things in life, death of a loved one,
unexpected ending of a relationship, retirement, death of a pet, empty nest
syndrome, life changing illness that may result in limited physical, or mental
abilities or mobility: All of these things are very difficult for most people to deal
with, mostly because they are not prepared to do so when the situation arises,
common results are shock, confusion, isolation, anger, and depression. This class
is designed to be an informative, supportive, coping skills gaining workshop, we
will discuss options to process, and effectively cope with and improve general
well-being through this difficult process. Bring paper and pen, highlighter if you
have one for notes. This will be a one day, one hour online class.
