Intermediate
This program is perfect for gymnasts who have a foundation in basic skills and are ready to take the next step in their gymnastics journey. Participants will work on improving their strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning intermediate-level skills on the floor, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault.
